40YEARS OF WINEMAKING IN CHILE • In 1979, the Familia Torres arrived in Curicó Valley at the start of its Chilean adventure. The search for a new winemaking project and advice from Alejandro Parot, a good friend of Miguel A. Torres (President of Familia Torres and fourth generation of the family), had prompted them to set off on this new venture, which has helped invigorate Chilean winemaking and turns 40 years old today.
